Kardashian has been very vocal about her struggles with weight gain, saying that she doesn’t want to go back to being overweight ever again. Khloe’s most recent weight loss is thanks to a more healthy diet and exercise. She’s said she’s upped her workouts, incorporating two hours of cardio into her schedule. She’s also cut out sugar and carbs, and drinks half her body weight in water every day—something experts agree that anyone trying to lose weight should do.
In addition, Khloe has focused on eating vegetables with each meal, mixing it up with different veggies at breakfast, lunch and dinner so she doesn’t get bored. As a result of all her efforts (which are what you should be doing too if you want similar results!), Khloe has lost over 100 pounds since 2017!
Other Lifestyle Changes:
In a new interview with DuJour, Khloe says she’s planning on dropping weight by 2022. When asked what her New Year’s resolution is, she said: To be a size 6 and no longer have cellulite by 2025.
Yes, you read that right. She wants to be a size 6 by next year! It sounds crazy for someone who has worked hard for her body. Plus, I think most of us would agree she looks great just as she is!
